Ukrainian company, specializing in manufacturing of packages, is looking for partners to cooperate under manufacturing agreement

The company, with 25 years of experience, is one of the largest manufacturers of full-color package made of corrugated cardboard, micro corrugated cardboard and cardboard, displays, stands and other promotional-presentation corrugated cardboard products, corrugated pallet (trays made of corrugated cardboard) in the western Ukraine. The high-quality raw materials for manufacturing of products are purchased from leading European paper manufacturers, mainly Germany and Poland. The corrugated materials are made from these raw materials for manufacturing of own printing products: specimen products, nibbling forms and different types of corrugated materials (of white and brown color, 2-, 3- and 5-ball corrugation). There are different types of the material’s waves, which will provide strength required for the particular package: type Е – micro corrugated cardboard 1.3 – 2 mm, type В – corrugated cardboard 3 mm, type С – corrugated cardboard 3.5 – 4 mm, type ВС – corrugated cardboard 7 mm, type ВЕ – corrugated cardboard 4.6 mm. The package manufacturing technique is of a closed cycle: from development of the future product design to its packing and shipment. For printing the company uses medium and large format printing machines of leading German corporate groups Heidelberg and Roland and other equipment of Polish company Mikon; form materials – manufactured by Italian company Latra, paints – manufactured by company Sicpa. The company uses the following printing types: - offset printing – one of the most widespread printing types when manufacturing the printing products; it allows high-quality full-color printing of the package large circulation; - flexoprinting – technique where the following is used: elastic printing forms and special water- or alcohol-based paints, which can dry quickly; - preprint – this technique allows manufacturing the package of any material type, used by the company, at that ensuring the quality analogous to the offset printing; The company attentively keeps an eye on novelties in printing industry for ensuring the customers with high-quality packages. And for compliance with European standards the company has its own laboratory for mixing the paints. Besides the paper waste disposal system is implemented, thus for the purpose of the disposal optimization the company uses up-to-date German manufacturing line Kramer Lufttechnik for transportation, grinding and pressing of waste paper. The company offers rich assortment of post-printing techniques, such as: lacquering (protective or water varnish, selective or solid UV-lacquering), lamination (glossy or matt films), foil stamping (metallized, gold, silver or another, matt, with holographic picture), hot stamping (for obtaining of relief drawing on the package) and calendering (change of the sheet structure by stamping the scheme, which repeats, on it). The company already has a successful experience in exporting its own products to some EU countries, namely: Poland, Slovakia, Estonia, and Belgium.
