Description:
The Ukrainian company was founded in 2013 and specializes in the production of furniture for bathrooms. During this time, a great experience has been gained in the production of not only standard products, but also individual orders for private clients, hotels, and sanatoriums. In addition to products from MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and wood, the company also produces furniture from acrylic stone, a material which is particularly resistant to water and durability. The company has its own production of glass and acrylic stone sinks. Having such experience, the company is interested to diversify its markets and partners. Therefore they are interested in mutually beneficial cooperation under the manufacturing agreement with furniture manufacturers. A role of a partner will be to specify the type, basic parameters, and quantity of the requested product(s). The firm will be responsible for manufacturing the ordered products and, if requested, can design them.
In order to achieve its goal, the company is also ready to engage in cooperation under the distribution services agreement. A role of distributors will be to promote the products and find new customers for them. The distributor would represent the company in business contacts during meetings, trade shows, daily meetings with clients and negotiate optimal remuneration for services, acquire new clients and create a positive image of the brand in foreign markets.
The firm will assist by providing the catalogue of the offered products and other advertising materials upon request of potential partner.
Also company is ready to work within manufacturing agreement and produce customized furniture according to requests and specifications of the potential partner.
