SME was founded in 1999. The company's primary activity is to provide services for managing construction projects and their costs in various sectors of the economy and other construction-related services and services for financial institutions. The company is a member of the Ukrainian National Association of Consulting Engineers (the authorized representative of FIDIC in Ukraine). The primary goal of the company's operation is to provide comprehensive consulting services to the investment project participants, including the investor (the creditor) who wishes to control the use of the funds provided and the course of the investment project implementation, and the customer who does not have his own appropriate service and sufficient experience in supporting the investment projects. The quality of the company`s work is ensured by the long-term, multifaceted and profound professional experience of its experts and management, which was, for the most part, obtained through the work of the specialists in large projects in the territory of Ukraine, namely, in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Vinnytsia region, Donetsk, Dnipro, Odesa, Chernivtsi, Kharkiv, Kherson, Sumy, Kirovohrad and other regions of the country. Currently, the total area of objects inspected by the company constitutes several million square meters, the total investment in such projects amounts to about UAH 40 billion. Depending on the requirements of the client, the company can fully support the investment project, including: • management of the construction projects and their cost (carrying out an inspection, legal examination, technical and financial audit, control and project management); • conducting the inspection of construction and providing other engineering services; • services for financial institutions. It performs technical and financial construction control for the State Savings Bank of Ukraine, Ukreximbank, Ukrgasbank, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB), and Pravex Bank based on the accreditations and recognition of the company reports.
