Ukrainian manufacturer of bricks is looking for investors under financial agreement

The brick plant is located in the Southern part of Ukraine, 45 km from the city of Odessa, which serves as the main seaport of Ukraine. The M-15 International Highway (part of the European E-87) is just 3 km away. There is a 12 km distance to a freight railway station. The total area of the plant is 8.2 ha. It is located close to raw materials - up to a quarry of 180 m. The confirmed state stocks of raw materials allow producing bricks for 52 years in quantities not less than 26 million pieces. The plant has its electrical station and artesian water well. The current annual production volume is from 1.7 to 2.5 million units/year of a single brick (for ex., M125). The equipment is technologically, morally and physically obsolete. So, the owner is looking for an investor for the reconstruction of existing production and the organization of new modern production with a volume of 15-20 million units, innovative technologies and a flexible range of products (10-15 types and sizes). The reconstruction involves the organization of the production of ceramic products (ceramic brick, ceramic block, facing brick, etc.) on the basis of the most modern technologies by the plastic molding method. Another important element of the ceramic production process is the method of firing it. The proposal envisages the use of the most modern tunnel kilns with a ventilated vault. This is an ideal ratio in the category: performance - quality - price. With the simultaneous effective possibility of service (repair) of the equipment - firing goes round the clock. These technologies allow to get: - the maximum effect from the reconstruction, which is manifested in the working production plan (15-20 million units per year), - high quality of the entire range of products (M-125, M-150), - the variability and ability to quickly reconfigure equipment, - the simplicity and convenience of service and carrying out regular maintenance. The composition of high-quality raw materials (clay) consists of: - pale yellow loam (type 1); - yellow-brown loam; - pale yellow loam (type 2); - reddish-brown loam. Humidity in the range of 15-25%. The height of the raw material layer is 9 meters. Currently, the main structure has been erected as part of the reconstruction project building - 5400 sq. m. A preliminary design of the entire complex has been developed. A complete reconstruction will allow the introduction of the latest innovations in this business, consisting of both the flexibility and variability of the range and the manufacturability of production. This manufacturability will allow in the next 20 years not to face problems of reconstruction and re-equipment of production. And the possibility of automation of many technological processes will allow receiving a number of additional advantages: reduction of a share of low-skilled work; reduction of human factor risks; simplicity, autonomy and flexibility of different technological stages, etc. The possibility of a wide range and quality will allow the use of modern marketing technologies to build strong commercial chains: Manufacturer - Buyer. For this reason, the expansion of the assortment minimum of let out production is supposed to by following products : - a ceramic brick (5-7 names); - a ceramic block (5-7 names); - a facing brick. All products are energy efficient with different coefficients (from 13 -55%). The modern construction industry is interested in a wide range of energy-saving and energy-efficient materials that allow building reliably, quickly, modernly, energy-efficiently and less labor-intensive. The plant is looking for long-term cooperation with investors and partners under a financial agreement.
