The company is a spinoff from a University of Applied Sciences and received support by a federal German start-up program. The SME started the cooperation with clients in 2019. The focus refers to the management of texts, which transport information. Due to the complexity it is nowadays even for human beings sometimes difficult to handle the large amount of online texts from databases or computer drives. This challenge is also a relevant issue for machines. The created algorithm of the start-up supports its clients and their hardware to understand the content of the read texts.

The German SME has developed a novel bridge monitoring technology that generates data on traffic, fatigue, statics and load-bearing capacity of steel and concrete bridge structures.

In protein trans-splicing two parts of a split-intein can be used to ligate or cyclize polypeptides in a traceless manner. One can couple two large molecules, such as proteins to each other (example B on the figure) or couple a large molecule such as a protein or antibody with a marker (example A on the figure). Application for A is, for example, a tumor marker that is delegated to the site of interest with the companion antibody.

The electrical power grid is undergoing a major transformation. Increasing numbers of decentralized feeders have been added in recent years and, in the future, there will be a large number of charging stations for electric vehicles that temporarily draw a large amount of electrical power from the power grid. In order to shorten charging times, the charging stations should charge the vehicles with the highest possible amount of power. However, overcharging jeopardizes the stability of the grid.
