A young Croatian producer of high quality unrefined cold pressed grapeseed oil developed this project from the idea that the by-product of winemaking has a valuable raw material potential and pomace can be used almost one hundred percent to produce grape seed oil, grape seed flour, skin flour, but also several active substances (antioxidants OPC, resveratrol). In Croatia, only a very small part of the pomace after coming out of the wine presses finds its further purpose in the production of strong alcoholic beverages, while most of the pomace is thrown away, and all these valuable substances
