There is an enormous field of application opportunities on a global scale. Based on laser scanner data and plan view data the software provides a computer-aided analysis method to identify high potential areas for the installation of solar power devices. This approach accurately calculates the potential of any roof as a solar collector by deploying airborne surveying and mapping data.

Since the German company was founded in 2013, it develops and manufactures laser based solutions for tissue and material cutting. OCT-image Guided Laser Microtome The laser microtome is a multi-purpose sectioning instrument, which enables precise and contact free cutting of biological samples and a broad range of other biomaterials. It can be used for sectioning, structuring or gentle extraction of samples and materials in 2D and 3D for analysis.

The company's history goes back until 1955. In 1990, the firm was re-privatised to the former owners. In 2006 started a deeper international cooperation by opening branches in Poland and Slovakia. For more than 20 years, the German medical technology company has been focusing on research, development, production and sale of patient specific skull implants, made of the materials PEEK-OPTIMA® (thermo-plastic), BIOVERIT®II (glass-ceramic) and titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. By using digital visualization and physical 3D models, the company can provide optimal results. On the basis of the patients' CT-data, the company is producing individual implants which perfectly close bone defects in the area of the skull.
